Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
2 pounds soft American cheese spread
1 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup prepared English mustard (not dry)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco (more or less, to taste)
6 tablespoons Kirsch

preparation
In the large bowl of an electric mixer, cream butter until softened,
gradually adding cheese spread. Beat in Worcestershire sauce, mustard,
garlic powder, Tabasco and Kirsch. Pack into a cheese crock and chill
for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Serve with crackers and/or chips. Recipe may be halved.
Yields 6 cups.
